Carrot (dairy-free)

• This amazing cake is loaded with flavorful spices, shredded carrots and raisins or walnuts (if you so desire). Slices come adorned with buttercream carrots.

• A simple classic. Deliciously perfect for any occasion! (Your friends won't believe its gluten-free!)

Coconut Dream (dairy-free)

• This cake is so amazing, I made it for myself on my birthday (yes, I always make my own birthday cakes!). Made with a blend of gluten-free flours and shredded coconut, it is the perfect balance of flavors and textures.

Lemon

• Fresh lemon zest packs a playful punch in this sweet, yet tart cake. Paired with honey buttercream, it's out of this world! 
  

Red Velvet
